PARP announced the next edition of the “Legal support for start-ups” competition. The program helps young companies establish cooperation with investors and service recipients. The call for applications will start on August 19 this year. and will last until September 30, 2021. Financed from a special-purpose subsidy of the Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology.

The aim of the program is to finance young companies the costs of legal advisory services supporting cooperation with investors and contractors. The amount of support for one entrepreneur participating in the program is up to PLN 22,000. zloty.

Co-financing may be used for legal consultations, analysis of the content of investment agreements, support for negotiations with a VC fund or a business angel, as well as consulting and legal support in the field of the investment process, procurement and investment processes. No own contribution is required under the competition.
